3D RUBBER TECHNOLOGY

Our company develop and use a lot of different 3d technologies for manufacturing custom rubber but this not classic direct 3d printing of rubbers. All our rubber parts molded or injected from industrial rubbers. 3d technology we use only for one-off molds or extrusion crosshead. 

This technology allows us to reduce the cost of producing individual custom rubber parts and bring the cost of custom rubber closer to the cost of standard types of rubber from stock.

We use special series of injection molding machines with direct electric injection drive, which allow us to use one-off 3D molds and cast standard rubber parts for industrial use on them, meeting all standards.
